This particular Shiraz is made from our winemaker's, ButterMan's Track vineyard block. Bold, whole berry fruit, hand plunged in open fermenters and then left to mature in French oak barrel for 24 months. A lightly perfumed wine, deliciously medium-bodied with layers of ripe forest fruits. A vintage that fuses purity, elegance and sophistication.
